Terms of Service

All photos and video produced by Ian Neo Photography is our intellectual property.  Once full payment has been made, the customer may use the photos and or video as they wish.  Ian Neo photography reserves the right to use any content for promotional purposes. Ian Neo Photography will only use images for promotional purposes.

If the client suffers harm or loss directly or indirectly as a result from any images from us, Ian Neo photography is not held responsible, as it is the client’s responsibility to appropriately share and distribute the photos.
